Bringing together over 600 participants and 65 speakers from more than 30 countries, the conference explored the latest developments shaping international arbitration, from procedural efficiency and investment protection to AI, cross-border disputes and emerging regional trends across Eurasia.
Global investment continues to drive increasingly complex disputes
One of the recurring themes throughout the conference was the scale of infrastructure and energy investment across Eurasia and its impact on dispute resolution. As governments and private investors continue to develop transport, energy and industrial projects, disputes are becoming increasingly sophisticated, often involving multiple stakeholders, jurisdictions and complex contractual frameworks.
The same trend is evident in Romania. Significant public and private investment are driving demand for legal support on international arbitration, construction disputes and public procurement, making sector-specific expertise more important than ever.
