Work Highlights in Administrative Law and Disputes

· Representation of a university based in Bucharest in litigation concerning the suspension and annulment of the building permit for a research centre;
· Representation of a Romanian private company acting in public works contracts in an administrative litigation against a local public authority for the suspension and annulment of a Negative Performance Certificate issued under Article 167 of Law No. 98/2016;
· Drafting legal correspondence with administrative bodies and preliminary complaint against a local authority’s refuse to grant the building permit for a real estate development in Romania;
·Representing a Romanian company in challenging a decision of the Ministry of Investments and European Projects / Anti-fraud and irregularities detection Service by which it was ordered the refund of €1,2 million out of eligible payments received in a project financed through POR 2014-2020.
