Overview

Our experience has shown that recognition and enforcement in Romania of foreign arbitral awards and foreign judgments is an essential step for foreign businesses with interests in Romania.

Represented multiple international companies from USA, EU and outside the EU in recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and foreign court judgments in Romania, in accordance with the New York Convention, including the establishment of precautionary measures to secure cashing in at the end of the exequatur procedure.
