· negotiating and drafting contracts for real estate transactions and the sale and rental of real estate;
· negotiating and drafting the necessary contracts for the realization of a real estate commercial investment: financing contracts; contracting agreements; subcontracting;
· due diligence procedures for compliance with legal requirements, such as: environmental, urbanistic, limits for public utilities, archaeological findings;

Work Highlights in Real Estate

· Assisting a foreign real estate investor in setting up the legal form of partnership with the landowner to develop a common residential project worth over €10 million, drafting the cooperation agreement and consultancy regarding Landbook registration, construction authorisation and permits;
· Due diligence and assistance for a foreign investor regarding the developments of an industrial park in Romania, including drafting the rental contracts with the customers;
· Due diligence, assistance and drafting necessary documents for compliance with historical monuments limits and interdictions for a client acting in the hotelier sector;
· Assistance and representation in a connex litigation for a public institution regarding urbanistic, archaeological and legal requirements for obtaining the authorization and permits for its new research centre;
· Representing the developer of a €3 million industrial park in relation to the public authority during the process of obtaining the Zonal Urban Plan (PUZ).
