The present study focuses on the regulation of interim injunctions in Romania and Cyprus. The study is made from the perspective of two highly specialised lawyers with experience in interim injunctions in Romania and Cyprus respectively. Part (A) focuses on Interim Injunctions in Romania and Part (B) analyses interim injunctions in Cyprus.
